We always bear the needs of our client in mind and adapt our skills to each individual situation
Our aim is to provide a transparent and clear pricing structure, with no hidden fees
Fees are charged in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and are either on a time basis or calculated as a percentage of the value of the estate. Minimum fees normally apply and both methods of charging are extremely competitive.
In addition to the fee charged by us there may be disbursements such as:-
* Tax Agents fees
* Solicitors fees and disbursements
* Court fees
* Cost of advertising for creditors/claimants
* Cost of tracing missing beneficiaries
The disbursements will be identified as far as possible and incorporated in the Administration Plan
All fees and disbursements are valid testamentary expenses payable by the estate
